Soyoichi is a "Youshoku"(Western dishes) restaurant. What is "Youshoku"? It means "western styled dishes", which has been developed in Japan for Japanese people's taste. Do you know "katsu"(cutlets)? Did you ever try "Hanbaagu"? Those names are a bit similar to original English words but you might be able to enjoy the difference. We hope you come and experience our dishes that we are proud of.
